Sculpture Gardening

I guess all the museum visits works, because all I can seem to think about are the animated lives of art pieces. What fruits would they eat, and how would they move? How would they glance, blush, and wave? Would they miss being rooted and still?

My grandma left these jade grapes with us, and they've been now put to use instead of sitting on a mantle. I imagine they'll receive some wear and tear, and perhaps some lost grapes, but I'd rather create with them than have them forever collecting dust.

This dress, from @recollcetLA on Instagram, had me dreaming of gardens. I'm now working on making it come alive in my next post, but for now, here's an imagining of a statue waking up in her garden.
